A custom home in Los Altos set among mature redwoods, with a paver motor court and a dark standing-seam roofline.

Built on a lot shaded by mature redwoods, the home sits behind a wide paver motor court and a dark standing-seam roofline that reads quiet from the street. Inside, the floor plan opens into a vaulted-ceiling living and dining space anchored by a linear gas fireplace, with a sculptural branching chandelier over the dining table and a built-in media wall finishing the living room. The entry carries its own moment — a cascading glass-orb chandelier over a curved black console — setting the tone for the rest of the house.
